Human trafficking thrives where awareness is low, systems are weak, and predators believe they can operate without consequence. It grows in the seams between agencies and the blind spots of communities, in moments when pressure and poor coordination make it harder to detect and confront. Traffickers target children and exploit women; they work their way into communities and probe the systems meant to stop them. Millstone Foundation exists to strengthen communities, rescue children from harm, and build the capabilities needed to confront trafficking and exploitation where they take root.

We help agencies, partner organizations, and communities build the operational depth to confront trafficking in practical ways: we train personnel, assess exposure, build trafficking risk into planning, and support mission execution when it is lawful and requested.
